It takes great dedication, an enormous amount of time and unique skills to organize a successful fundraising event. Scott and Carol Keiffer of Bonita Springs took on this challenge with a knowledge that all monies raised would translate into wishes and smiles, moving special children from dreams to reality. The “Here’s the Deal” Casino Night did exactly that for four of our kids. Continually energizing their committee of super-charged volunteers, the Keiffers were shining stars in the World of Wishdom. They organized the evening from beginning to end, including venue, silent auction, decorations, menu and entertainment. With one such success under their belt, they are already looking at next year’s Casino Night and considering a “Deal or No Deal” theme! Meanwhile, they are also hard at work as active West Coast Wishmakers, planning other special events that will raise funds and awareness before next fall.
