Seventeen-year-old Lesly from Hialeah decided that her ultimate wish was to have a shopping spree because she wanted to be prepared for when she enters college in the fall. She also knew the buying whatever she desired, no questions asked, would be a great way to forget about her battle with lymphoma. 

With visions of everything that she wanted dancing through her mind, Lesly was off to experience her big day at Sawgrass Mills Mall. Treated like a celebrity, she hopped out of her chauffeured limousine and into a sensational swirl of shopping. Personal shoppers at several stores helped coordinate her wardrobe with outfits for every occasion. Just when she thought her day couldn’t get any better, Lesly was invited into the stockroom at one of her favorite trendy stores. She was overwhelmed to have first pick from the latest fashions even before they hit the racks.

With a pile of shopping bags, Lesly and her family headed to Rainforest Café where she feasted on fajitas and reveled in all her purchases. Shirts, skirts, jeans and accessories of every color, Lesly will be the best dressed freshman in college.
